Breathe Right Nasal Strips

breathe-right-ex.jpg

There are certain solutions I can't imagine ever being improved upon. These simple, effective stick-on strips, which help pinch open your nasal passages, are one of them. I've been using them for years now, mostly during allergy season when I'll pick up a pack of the mentholated vapor variety. The cooling relief is instant, impressively so. I often have major trouble sleeping due to severe congestion and allergies. When I don't want to resort to antihistamines, which can leave me groggy in the a.m., these comfortable, non-drowsy strips step in to ensure a decent night's rest. If you're a snorer, an athlete or sports fan, these strips are nothing new to you. I figured they'd already been reviewed on Cool Tools, and was surprised to find they hadn't. I'm also surprised that in all this time, the company has not only cornered the market, but avoided mucking up the product with a confusing number of variations. There are just three incarnations: tan, clear and mentholated. And two adult sizes: small/medium and large.

These Nasal Breath Right strips are amazing. I have post traumatic stress disorder and one of my triggers and pet peeves is when I have nasal congestion or if I am just not able to breath for any reason because it makes me feel like I am suffocating.. When I am sick and have congestion and even when I just can't breath for the life of me I can't get anything to work.. Vicks menthol stuff doesnt help open my sinuses.. neither does nasal spray over the counter medication even perscription medication sniffing alcohol pads just dont work either.. getting releif from it for me is very very very difficult nothing will phase me.. and when it happens I am completely on edge because I am uncomfortable and I feel like I am suffocating which triggers flash backs.. so I decided to give the strips a try considering at this point I was willing to try anything and I had pretty much exhausted all of my resources. It's the best product ever.. I thought they were just for sleeping.. I had no idea you could use them for nasal congestion as well .. I went to the store just to get some thinking hey I know people use it for sleeping and it helps them breath so even though its not for nasal congestion it might work.. worth a shot.. but then to my pleasant suprise it has nasal congestion right there on the box.. and I tell you what.. that is the only thing that has been able to relieve my symptoms when I am sick and even when I am having issues breathing in general. I would wear them all day if I could.. but then people might look at me funny.. but then again I don't know... In my mind.. I am starting to think it would be worth it. That guy was a genius.. Because I am on medical leave right now I have been wearing them all day and night.. and believe it or not.. it has even helped with my constant headaches.. and for some reason I am in a lot better mood. Way more happier than I was just a week ago before trying the strips. That guy was a genius
