Cholesterol Levels Measurement at Home

I am looking for a reliably consistent and fairly accurate cholesterol (total, hdl, ldl etc.) measurement kit/device for home use.

We use this company for home strep tests. I've never used the Cholesterol tests, but they are all FDA cleared.
