Hacking Warning

Cool Tools and other blogs on my site have been targeted by hackers. A few days ago they succeeded in inserting invisible links to other sites with malware apps. When that happens visitors to any pages on kk.org can get a warning from Google or their browser that this site, kk.org, may be infected. We've spent the last two days going through the site and did not find any virus, or malware, though there were links to another site with malware on the "iframes" of our pages. These were removed within a few hours of detection a few days ago, but visitors may still get a warning because it takes time for browser filters to update. I apologize for the alarm and hassle. We are working with the server host, blog software, ad network, and security consultants to make sure it does not happen again. -- KK
